Definition of Terms

The client: The company or individual requesting the services of Digit web studio.

Digit web studio: The designer,site owner or employee.

 

Conditions

1. Work will be carry out where agreement is made either by written,verbal,mail,fax and telephone between Digit web studio and Client. Client must be 18 years and over before a contract is made.

2. Digit web studio will make sure that all it project,services to the client will be without error.

3. Digit web studio cannot take responsibility of any copyright infringement caused by materials given by the client.

4. Digit web studio have the right to refuse any materials believed to be copyrighted unless client produce evidence of ownership or permission.

5. Digit web studio have the right to suspend the client web site being published to the Internet until all outstanding balance is paid in full.

6. Client agree to submit all reasonable materials required to complete the web site within the agreed period.

7. Digit web studio will not be responsible for any cost,compensation,loss of earnings due to the failure to meet the agreed deadlines.

8. Client is expected to fully test any application relating to the web site made by Digit web studio before being published to the Internet

9. Digit web studio will not be responsible for any involvement or dispute that may arise between client and its third parties relating to the web site design for the client.

10. Digit web studio will endeavour to ensure that any site designed by her will function correctly on the server and when viewed with browsing software.

11. Where errors are found after the web site is live, we will endeavour,but not obliged,to correct these errors.

12. Any scripts,code or other such entitles (unless agreed)written by Digit web studio will remain under the copyright laws of Digit web studio and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the express written permission of Digit web studio.

13. Digit web studio does not guaranteed any listing on the search engine.it is the search engine that determined which site to list.

 

Liability

1.The client shall not be entitled to any liquidated compensation or refund payment for unavailability,termination or interruption to a service.

2. Digit web studio will not be liable to any direct or indirect losses or damages arises for the uses or inability to use these pages.

3. Digit web studio we make sure all downloadable content is free from viruses but not be liable for any damages arising from any virus infection.

4. Digit web studio will not be liable for any costs incurred,compensation or loss of earnings due to work carried out on behalf of the client or any third parties.

 

Account

1. A non refundable deposit of 35% of the total fee payable is required before any design work is carried out.

2. The remaining 65% shall become due when the design work is completed to the reasonable satisfaction of the client.

3. Web maintenance work shall be paid in full on a weekly or  monthly basis,and it will be assessed on an hourly rate at £25 per hour.

4. If account are not settled,access to the web site may be denied and web site removed,the case will be  pass to small claims court to pursue payment.
